Analisa has been teaching yoga since 2014…

She strives to create an inclusive environment for all people, a safe space but not necessarily a serious one. Above all, she hopes students leave class just a bit more at home in their bodies.

about

Analisa Raya-Flores is a writer, performer, and yoga teacher. As the daughter of a migrant worker turned judge, she’s inspired to tell stories that explore ethnicity, class, and the diverse experience of immigrants. As a Queer Chicana, she creates art to illuminate the anxiety, grief, and sometimes downright hassle that is Otherness— also, to make you laugh. As a yoga teacher, she strives to be inviting, challenging, and aware of the changing needs of her students.

She lives, works, and worries in Los Angeles.
